The Product came new, no scratch or dent. Repackaged as usual and solid just like the Red one I got before. The sound coming from this speaker is large for its size and it comes with a mic. An excellent tool to take for meetings. It's a good all-rounder for the office and also for leisure.

Am enjoying these JBL Bluetooth headphones. Sound quality is great, they are lightweight and comfortable to wear and weren't hard to set up using the accompanying JBL app from the Google Play Store. The app has a number of settings that allow you to tailor the sound to your liking such as an equalizer, something called VoiceAware, balance, max volume limiter and an auto power off timer. I purchased these as an open-box item but they are like brand-new. I recommend these headphones.
